4GolfOnline offer FREE post and packing on all mainland UK orders over £100. We have a standard rate for delivery of £3.99 on all orders under the £100. We despatch items within 2/5 days of purchase and will email or phone you if the items will take any longer to dispatch.
We use UK Mail/Business Post courier service so all items are trackable and will require a signature when delivered. We can ship to customers address or you can choose a ship to address in the checkout process.
4GolfOnline is happy to offer a next day delivery service for all deliveries between Monday to Friday at a cost of £5.99. To use our next day service please phone us on 01392 493196 and check you item is available for a next day delivery. The next day service is a shipping upgrade and will apply to any order total.
4GolfOnline ship to EU customers at a standard rate of £29.99 using UK Mail/Business Post, all item are sent using a track and trace service. Items shipping to the EU will dispatch within 2/5 days and shipping will be 4/8 days.
We offer a swap out service for all items that are ordered and need swapping for different sizes or colour. This service means that the customer does not have to pay to exchanged goods which gives our customers real peace of mind when buying from our online store.

If you receive an item and it is not what you ordered then please contact us on 01392 493196 or email sales@4golfonline.com within 24 hours of delivery. We can use our swap out service to exchange the item for the correct goods.
If an item is faulty then please return to the above address and your postage costs will be refunded when the item has been received by a 4GolfOnline employee. Do remember that the item is your responsibility until a 4golfonline staff memeber has signed for the goods.
If the item does not fit or is simply the wrong style or colour them please contact us and we can swap the goods for a more suitable item. |
