At 4GolfOnline, we know that a good after-sales service is just as important as our pricing and knowledge.
Whether you need assistance with a recent purchase or in the unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, below is our little list of do's and don'ts. If you are not clear on any of these then please feel free to call one of our friendly staff who will happily assist you.
All products on this website are subject to availability. While we strive to provide up to date information relating to a product please be aware that all images are for illustrative purposes only and colour, size and style may vary. Prices are correct at time of publishing but may be subject to fluctuations. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any promotional discounts given are subject to availability and are not transferrable at any time to previous or future sales.If you can't find a product you would like us to stock please let us know. Likewise, if you find the same product cheaper anywhere else, please let us know and we will do our best to beat it.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
1. Delay in goods
We Stock aprox 90% of the products advertised on our website so in the majority of cases we despatch the same day.We will always leave you a note in the my orders section giving you estimated delivery times. We are in the hands of the manufacturers sometimes and always give you their estimated delivery times on out of stock items. Our standard 5.99 post and packing is UPS standard next day UK mainland delivery option. However it is not a Guaranteed service.
If you require a Guaranteed service then please choose the relevant Express Saver or Express plus services where we will despatch for Guaranteed Next Day before 10am or 12.30. This is for UK mainland addresses only.

When receiving your order please log in to our site using your email and password, and click on the my orders section just below the log off button. The history of all orders is placed in this section so you can check at any time on the progress of your order. If the order says "despatched" then all of your goods in full will have been despatched to you complete. If the order says"Partially shipped" then your order has been part despatched and the outstanding items will follow. In the unlikely event of your goods not being complete it is the receivers responsibility to contact us within 72 hours of the parcel being delivered.We cannot help you outside this time frame.
If you feel there is a shortage with your delivery it is your responsibility to also keep all the package in which the goods were delivered in. If you discard these then we cannot investigate the shortfall(for insurance and UPS investigation department) We cannot make a claim on your behalf without the packaging and therefore cannot re-send out any replacement goods. You will receive a tracking number for all orders. If you havent received your parcel firstly check in the "Order History" section and click on the relevant order you are tracking.(click on the "show" button)where if there is a delay it will state "waiting for stock". We will always leave you a note of estimated delivery time via email. If the order states "completed" then you will see your tracking number in your order at the top.(plus you should have received an automated email with stating your tracking number.)
If the message reads "Partially shipped" then there are other items to follow
Simply log on to www.dpd.co.uk and place your tracking number in the relevant section and you will be able to see the status of your parcel. If there is a problem then you can contact DPD direct on 08459 300100 where their dedicated team will help you sort out the delay.If the parcel is lost then please contact us immediately so we can sort it out for you.
If you have chosen the £2.99 post and packing option (Royal Mail special delivery 3-5 days) please be aware that we cannot track any lost or misplaced deliveries until 14 DAYS have elapsed from date of Despatch. Please make us aware of the problem where we will track your goods once this time period has elapsed. We cannot ship out any new items until this time scale has elapsed as the goods may still arrive within this 14 day period.
Low Cost European Delivery £5.99 Western Europe and £9.99 Eastern Europe.
This service level of delivery comes with NO TRACK AND TRACE. Please note that if you choose this delivery format the delivery times are estimated and we have to allow a four week elapse from Date of Despatch time before a parcel is deemed lost. By choosing this service you are accepting these terms and conditions.
3. Unused goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from 4golfonline.com, you may return unused goods within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.
Goods must be returned with all packaging, tags and labels and must be unused.
We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used.
Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
We do not give postage and packaging refunds for goods that have turned up late due to shippers' problems / or out of stock items, or variations in colours or upgraded equipment.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on custom made products once they have been ordered. These are specially made to measure. We are in the hands of the custom fit departments of the suppliers and all lead times are estimated.
There may be fluctuations in the delivery times.
4. Sending a product back
It is the receivers responsibility at their own cost to return any product unwanted. Goods must be returned using a signed for service so that proof of returned signature can be shown
5. Undelivered items
We require a signature for all deliveries and give all customers the opportunity to have their goods delivered to a separate business address. If the item is returned to us because the product was not signed for ,we do charge a re-delivery of the said items. If the receiver refuses a delivery we will only refund for the cost of goods and not for the post and packing.
6. Damaged goods
In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods. Please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Once the goods have been used we will not be responsible for any claims for damaged goods. We will arrange for uplift of goods and on inspection will send a replacement by return of post.
Please note if you send goods back which are faulty we do not offer compensation for the postage costs.
If goods are faulty then we will arrange collection from you.
You must keep the original packaging if the goods are damaged for evidence of damage to the box etc.
No claim can be made on any delivery without this under any circumstances
7. Exchange Rates - GBP Pound to Euro
The Euro Converter on this Website is a Guideline only as Exchange rates change daily. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is updated, please refer to you bank or credit card company for valid exchange rates at time of order.
We have no control over rates charged by the credit card companies or paypal and all transactions are processed in GBP Sterling and are correct at time of placing your order.
4GolfOnline accept no liability in fluctuations in GBP to Euro Rates and no discounts or reductions are offered.
Any Refunds for European orders are Sanctioned in GBP Sterling. We can only Refund Orders in GBP Sterling as Orders are made in GBP sterling and can therefore be responsible for fluctuations in the Euro Exchange Rate.
8. Special orders
Please note that on special / bulk orders there is a 20% stock / re-handling charge if the goods are returned for refund. Please contact us prior to ordering to verify.
9. Custom fit products
Please note that all customised products are made to your specifications and as such do not come with any form of refund or exchange policy. Once in production your order will not qualify for cancellation.
We will email you if the product is a custom option as soon as we receive your order and inform you of lead times

10. Refunds and Cancellations
Goods are refunded within 30 days
If you require to cancel or ammend your order in any way please call our sales line to do so. We do not accept any CANCELLATIONS or AMENDMENTS via EMAIL due to emails not always being answered in real time and emails not being received.

12. Members Bonus Points
The Members Bonus Points scheme is open to all consumers aged at least 18 years, who purchase Goods via the 4GolfOnline website and all Goods on Our website qualify for award or redemption of Loyalty Points unless otherwise stated. For the avoidance of doubt, Loyalty Points may not be redeemed against delivery charges or insurance or any other amounts owed by You to Us.
One Point will be awarded for every complete £1 You spend on Goods purchased via 4GolfOnline(with the exception of Gift Certificates and excluding all delivery charges and insurance). The Members Bonus Points will be credited to your account only once Your order has been fully dispatched to You. You may then redeem them against subsequent purchases of Goods via Our website on a basis of 1 Loyalty Point = £0.01.
You may only pay for a maximum of 50% of any order with Members Bonus Points. Any Bonus Points not used will be carried over for use against subsequent orders. You will be guided through the process of opening an account when You place your first online order with Us.
All Members Points which were awarded against Goods for which you subsequently obtain a refund will be deducted from Your account on a Loyalty Point per £1 or part £1 refunded basis.
Any Goods purchased using part payment and part Members bonus Points, and for which you subsequently obtain a refund will be refunded on the basis of the payment actually paid (less any deductions which may apply pursuant to these Conditions or promotion) however the Members Points will be forfeited with the exception of refunds where we have sent faulty goods in error.
There is no cash return value for any Members bonus Point.
Members Bonus Points are not transferable and will cease to be valid if you close Your account or We withdraw the Bonus Points Points scheme, in which case they may not be subsequently redeemed or transferred to another account
We may choose to issue Members Bonus Points from time to time. The collection and redemption of any such Members Bonus Points will be subject to any terms and conditions we impose in respect of them, including Our right to withdraw or discontinue such bonus Loyalty Points at Our sole discretion.
4GolfOnline may refuse to redeem or award any Loyalty Points if We deem in Our sole discretion that the Members Bonus Points scheme is being misused, or if you are in breach of any of these Conditions.
Any partial refund of goods under the double discount, multibuy or any multiple purchase offer schemes or extra discount/free promotions we run from time to time, you will forfeit the discount offered on this promotion and a full refund of the goods returned will be sanctioned minus the discount originally given under said promotion./p>
Members Bonus Points will be held in your account, and remain valid, for as long as 4GolfOnline maintains and offers the Members Bonus Points scheme. Members Bonus Points are not transferable. 4GolfOnline may, at its option, discontinue the Members Bonus Points scheme, and upon discontinuation, all points accrued will be forfeited by all customers with Members Bonus Points balances, and customers with Members Bonus Points pending payout into accounts.
Members Bonus Points are monetarily valued by 4GolfOnline based on market conditions. 4GolfOnlinereserves the right to adjust the monetary value of Members Bonus Points at will, without prior notice, and without adjustment to customer Members Bonus Points balances, or Members Bonus Points pending payout into accounts.
Members Bonus Points payouts are advertised based on orders which include VAT. Customers who earn Members Bonus Points while placing orders which are VAT exempt, or have VAT refunded, will receive a fraction of the points advertised. That fraction will be proportionate to the reduction in the order total due to VAT exemption or refund.
Members Bonus Points may be added to or subtracted from customer accounts at the option of 4golfonline For example, 4GolfOnline may reduce Members Bonus Points earned on qualifying orders if all, or a portion, of said order is returned or refunded.
Free Bonus Points for New Users. Every new user receives 1000 Bonus Points worth £10. This can be redeemed against a minimum order of £100.
